Youth

I provide virtual counseling for children (age 6 an up), teens, and young adults living in Washington and Oregon as they navigate issues such as,

• Health challenges/chronic conditions

• Life transitions 

• Anxiety

• Depression

• Family and peer dynamics

• Grief and bereavement 

I have significant experience supporting youth as they simultaneously navigate maturation and life challenges. I work to build rapport and to model empowerment in an effort to help young people work towards independence, self advocacy, and confidence. 

Adults

I work virtually with adults living in Oregon and Washington managing issues such as

• Anxiety

• Life transitions 

• Depression

• Grief 

• Self esteem issues

• Health challenges/chronic conditions

• Navigating Relationships 

Rates

My fee is $125 for a clinical hour (50 minutes). I can provide receipts for possible reimbursement via insurance.
